SASVA's solar vehicle work can involve adult engineers, tradespeople, designers, administrators and other volunteers. The areas below describe possible contributions, not guaranteed vacancies or placements.
Who Makes Up SASVA?
Adults from different backgrounds may register interest. SASVA confirms any role, access, induction, supervision and safety requirements separately.
Under-18 membership, volunteering, placements and mentoring are not currently confirmed. A parent, guardian or school representative may use the contact form to register general interest; any future youth activity first requires a named youth-safety owner and approval of supervision, Working With Children Check requirements, guardian consent, emergency arrangements, safety controls and PPE.
Engineering & Technical
Mechanical, electrical, and systems contributors work on Sun Sprite through documented design, build, review, and testing tasks.

TAFE or university students and apprentices aged 18 or older may submit an expression of interest. Submission does not promise a role, placement, training or mentoring.
